Is it me or is the new Rod Stewart song a bit ‘off’?!

It’s called ‘One More Time’ and I keep hearing it on radio 2.

Every time I hear the lyrics I feel uncomfortable - maybe because it’s an old man clearly harassing a younger girl for sex ‘one last time’ until she relents!

Grim….or am I being daft?!!

I haven't heard the song yet, but always liked Rod Stuart, I don't ever read much into song lyrics though. Some people still like to hear singers from the oldie days, no matter what age they are,, like Tom Jones etc. I would draw the line with Elton John though, as don't like his personality at all.. Personality counts a lot with older singers, who's voices are not such top notch, when older. Paul Mcartney is always good to watch still.
