Hi so me and my partner have been together 4 years we have children from previous relationships and one daughter together we don’t live together my daughter is 14months old. I found out I was pregnant and he said he would leave and never come back if I keep my baby. He means it but I really don’t want to go ahead with it he now thinks im in because I agreed but I’m scared to tell him I want this baby.

That’s what I said and he loves his daughter and was excited for her. He said he’s too old now and he had plans for us travelling etc and this baby would hinder that.

"As for money I’m ok I don’t care if he pays for his kids or not"

Well that's not very financially savvy or sensible for a start.

myheartskippedabeat · 01/10/2021 22:36

@Nancepie

You don’t need to live together to be in a relationship. I’ve got my head screwed on financially and my children are looked after. I feel like I would regret the abortion and the relationship is over anyway right?
I'm sorry but 4 years together and not living together when you have a daughter is a bit odd Megadose screwed on and finances supported so claiming as a single parent I'm guessing
Nancepie · 01/10/2021 22:36

Because he says it’s his life and I’m going against his will if I keep the baby. He’s like a dog with a bone about it

Excuse me my heartskipped I work and has some time off with my daughter I’ve always worked how very rude to think I was claiming?

Was he using contraception?

Nancepie · 01/10/2021 22:39

Not really why do people think money is the bee all and end all when you earn your self?

OP posts:
Nancepie · 01/10/2021 22:41

No he wasn’t using contraception

@Nancepie

Everyone has there opinion it’s the struggle I’d face of him because I know he’ll be on at me calling me selfish I’ve trapped him. The only option I would have is to cut him out so not stressed
How have you trapped him? You already have a dc with him
Nancepie · 01/10/2021 22:45

I really don’t know there’s no truth in it

Aquamarine1029 · 01/10/2021 22:45

@Nancepie

No he wasn’t using contraception
You could then tell the twat he was trying to "trap" you, no?
Billandbob · 01/10/2021 22:47

@Nancepie

No he wasn’t using contraception
Well he can’t complain then can he…your body your choice.
Nancepie · 01/10/2021 22:47

The man expects the women to pick up the pieces. I could well say it takes two to create a life I sure as hell didn’t do it alone

Nancepie · 01/10/2021 22:48

He said there should be laws for men with this stuff

OP posts:
Redwinestillfine · 01/10/2021 22:51

Let's face it, the relationship was done the minute he gave you this ultimatum. You deserve much better op. Whatever your decision, but sounds like you want this baby.

StoatMilk · 01/10/2021 22:51

@helpforayounggirl

Fuck him off. Good riddance. You want your baby. Have your baby. You've got this. Be a solo mummy warrior!
This

Good luck OP

Aquamarine1029 · 01/10/2021 22:52

@Nancepie

He said there should be laws for men with this stuff
Tell him he's absolutely right. There should be laws that men like him who abandon their children or try to coerce women into abortions go to prison.
Billandbob · 01/10/2021 22:53

@Nancepie

He said there should be laws for men with this stuff
Bloody hell dump him…he’s a misogynist
Nancepie · 01/10/2021 22:54

I’ve made my decision going to keep stress free and get on with my life with the help of family ams friends

JaniceBattersby · 01/10/2021 22:56

You trapped him? The poor love, having to go through his pregnancy then giving birth then spending all that time caring for a newborn and having to take time off work and the hit to his career. Yes. Definitely sounds like he’s the trapped one..

Cut this wanker loose

Mrbob · 01/10/2021 22:57

Your partner wants an abortion? Fine- tell him to get down to the clinic and ask for one. Oh no he can’t because he isn’t pregnant. Therefore he doesn’t get to decide if YOU have an abortion

Nancepie · 01/10/2021 22:58

I know he has said on the past men have been feminised by us women a man is no longer a man, women are taking over and men now are bitches

OP posts:
Sunbird24 · 01/10/2021 23:04

Wow, you are definitely best out of this relationship OP, sounds like he hates women! He can go off and do his travelling on his own.

Nancepie · 01/10/2021 23:07

I think he does his daughter is a woman? His mum brought all her children up alone maybe he should see women for what we are
