I'm guessing with the steps in photo 1 and the fact that the rest of the house seems to be designed for partying, the new baby has forced a change of plan?

What’s going on with bedroom 2? The floor plan looks have to go through the en suite / dressing room first to get into bedroom 2? And there’s a photo of the en suite but not of the bedroom? Wonder if it’s under the eaves (judging by photo 30).

I like the idea of the first floor laundry room (and the live-in staff to operate it).

And the built in wine display in the dining room would be handy.

But shared drive is always an MN no no.

@DobbyTheHouseElk the staff. you put a filter, like a pop sock, over the vacuum pipe. It won't be up long enough to get really dusty though. To be honest, it's texture and colour was respite from the corporate colour palette elsewhere.

It's not a nice house, every element jars and even with different fittings it would be a struggle to make it comfortable. Too many angles, sharp edges and straight lines.
