I'm guessing with the steps in photo 1 and the fact that the rest of the house seems to be designed for partying, the new baby has forced a change of plan?

Love the giant croissant in the nursery Confused

Daisy829 · 17/09/2021 20:07

@slightlyworriedthissunday exactly what I thought! It’s a lovely house but some of the decor is a bit odd.

annacondom · 17/09/2021 20:20

Gosh, a sea of beige! Some of it is quite nice, some a bit tacky but the Chanel pic screams 'footballer's wife' at me. I would find all those browns depressing.

Me too.

It's a very gloomy house. And more like a show home.

MagnusMagnusson · 17/09/2021 20:28

how many sofa's does one house need! Literally one in every room!!

claracluck1978 · 17/09/2021 20:30

That has to be a footballer's home...

Pearbear · 17/09/2021 20:30

It’s rather soulless

Eminybob · 17/09/2021 20:32

It says it’s a new build, which explains some of the show homey elements, but at the same time doesn’t seem show homey enough to be staged…
Weird. Just down the road from me though, for when I have a spare £3.5m 👍🏻

Pissinthepottyplease · 17/09/2021 20:36

That cot with the padding on the outside and material draped over the top does not look like a safe sleeping space.

Definitely very football wives.

drumandthebass · 17/09/2021 20:38

My first thought was, it has to be a footballers house

Kpo58 · 17/09/2021 20:38

The floor plans are just madness. They have his and hers dressing rooms which are bigger than most people's bedrooms. It's like every bedroom is almost a self contained flat. Hmm

NiamCinnOir · 17/09/2021 20:40

The stuff of nightmares Shock

CiaoForNiao · 17/09/2021 20:46

"Her" dressing room is nearly as big as my entire downstairs Shock

SirYawnsAlot · 17/09/2021 20:46

Grey rug in the living room looks like a dust-sheet, even got a great big handprint on it. Not many pics of the garden.

gardeninggirl68 · 17/09/2021 20:59

could be the Vardy's house

gardeninggirl68 · 17/09/2021 21:01

its someone with a daughter called Olivia according to the nursery bunting....vardy's baby would fit but they have older children too...and i didnt see any other kids rooms

unless they are slate grey/beige/brown like the rest

LadyEloise1 · 17/09/2021 21:09

It is decorated in so much brown and beige.
Even the ghastly grey that is so popular now is better than all that brown. Smile

Bloodybridget · 17/09/2021 21:12

What a ghastly pile!

DominicRaabsTravelAgent · 17/09/2021 21:16

could be the Vardy's house?

Oh, could it be?

OP posts:
JazzerMcCreary · 17/09/2021 21:18

That house couldn’t be more hideous if it tried!

UtterlyUnimaginativeUsername · 17/09/2021 21:19

I actually like the nursery croissant, it looks snuggly and inviting. Perfect for a sleep-deprived parent.

It's hard to imagine a less child-friendly house.

Mariell · 17/09/2021 21:19

I imagine that would be the house of someone like Mark Wright and his wife Michelle.

Peanutsandchilli · 17/09/2021 21:21

The staircase in picture 12 looks fucking terrifying. Definitely not a family-friendly home, but at least all the brown won't show up any muck from the kid.

yippyyippy · 17/09/2021 21:22

Yeah the baby bunting says Olivia and the vardys baby is called Olivia. Maybe the other kids rooms aren’t photographed?

I actually prefer ott grey to all the beige and brown Envy
