My bum looks a bit like it's melting, or perhaps making an escape attempt by sliding down my legs.

What's the most effective way to get a nice toned bum? I walk loads every day but that's clearly not enough. Does the answer involve one million squats?

I’ve never understood the fascination. I don’t think I’ve ever, in my long life, given a solitary shit about what someone’s derrière looks like. Apart from the kardashian’s surgically enhanced ones which to me, are like a freak show. Why does it matter? Does it indicate any kind of inner beauty or integrity? Are the lumps of flesh on your arse the height of your self improvement? Strange.

We get it. You’re too high-brow to be sexually attracted to someone’s appearance or to care about your own attractiveness to others.

I'm very partial to a nice bum on a man. Has to be hard though. Soft bums are too womanly. Although I did once work with a woman who had the most amazing bum. No idea how she got it.

If by 'nice bum' you mean juicy and large (!) yes I do, but it's the first time in my life I've heard it called that!! Genetics, totally. I never did any exercises. I was always ashamed of having a large derriere but I suppose they have come into fashion now.

Actually a big arse may be a sign of intelligence as it shows you have more Omega-3 fat stores which help with brain function. So maybe you should start checking them out.

I really hope so because I've been told it's my "best feature" 😂 It's all down to personal preference though isn't it? I'm happy with mine but it wouldn't be seen as attractive or even nice to anyone that prefers a more shapely kardashian-esque arse.

Yes but I've always had a nice bum. I don't do any exercise apart from walking and dancing.
