I have modelled for life drawing classes. It’s no big deal.

Strawberries with cream or yogurt?

Cream every time.

Cream teas Devon-style or Cornish-style? Or neither perhaps!

Cream on top, is that Devon or cornwall??

Favourite meal?

Cream first is the Devon way.

Fish and chips with mushy peas.

What is your favourite setting for a meal?

Table for two on a secluded terrace, overlooking the Caribbean on a warm evening, with a gentle breeze and the scent of Frangipani in the air, watching the sun go down.

The most exciting thing that's ever happened to you?

Invited to a free holiday in Barbados because Top Gear wanted to drive & film DH's car there.

How many children do you have & is this the number you wanted?

Three, and yes this was what we wanted.

What is your favourite country and why?

Italy, love the cities, beautiful country side, the coast, the mountains, the language, the FOOD and WINE! Love the passion the people have, find the mafia somewhat fascinating in a macabre way! Just want to go back!

The least favourite country you have visited and why?

Tunisia. As a woman I felt very vulnerable outside of the hotel, even though I was totally covered up.

Are you also counting down to the start of school?!

No. My children are long past that age.

Do you believe in aliens?

not sure, aliens as per the weird triangle shaped head creatures, no, life on other planets, yes.

Anyone else feel like they are chasing their tail trying to keep all the plates spinning?! (yes I know being on here isn't helping!)

Your favourite movie?

So many. None of them particularly high brow

Ever had a hair disaster?

Not really. I stick to wardrobe malfunctions instead.

Most annoying in-practical thing you have come across in an hotel?

Too many pillows that end up on the floor.

Do you like your life?

Air conditioner that blew out cold air but somehow was not cooling down the stinking hot room and windows that could not open for fresh air. (I left after staying one night and would never stay there again).

What book you have been meaning to read, but not gotten around to it yet?

The modern English translation of the Canterbury Tales.

Ever done a twirl in a dress when nobody’s looking?

Haha yes yesterday actually when a dress I ordered arrived and I tried it on

Do you regular health checks for cholesterol, blood pressure etc?

I occasionally check it myself at work, but not regularly.

Worst meal you have ever eaten?

I ate a 'very vegan' burger which was next door to a B&B where I was staying overnight. It came with a side salad and was quite extraordinary. I'd normally choose fish but it was one of those grill places and no fish items on the menu. Never again.

How far away do you live from your birthplace?

About 100 miles. No desire to go back.

What do you wish you had the courage to do?

Tell somebody that they are very toxic.

If you could go back to a moment in your life again what/when would it be?

The moment I met my son for the first time. Adopted age 8 months. I had sent a blanket that I had been sleeping with so he knew my smell and a photo album with some recoded messages of my voice. He was sleeping when I first arrived at the foster carers house, when he woke I went uptown his room and said 'Hello XX", he held his arms straight out to me as if to say "There you are mama!". So wish that moment had been filmed!

Do you have a busy weekend planned?
