No, I’m teetotal.

I love skipping (with a rope) it’s a great, simple way to exercise. What other quick ways do you fit in your day to exercise?

I don't have any quick ways - my exercise is just running a few times a week.

Do you have any allergies?

Walking as far as possible as fast as I can during my lunch hour. Probably not enough, but I do like walking so much at the moment.

What did you last try/learn something new and what was it?

Put the dinner on the hob/in the air fryer/oven, do my dumbbell exercises while the food is cooking and thats my 30 mins done then by the time the food is ready.

Is there any food you really dislike and would really struggle to eat?

I'll answer yours - calorie counting as I need to lose weight. Started 4 weeks ago and its really been an eye opener.

I’m a vegetarian so would not eat meat or fish but I would not eat ketchup ever!

the swanky one. I associate historical charm with mould & musty smells.

No! I feel sick on a child’s playground roundabout. As a kid l was confined to the slide only. I couldn’t even handle swings!

I'm pretty brave but I don't think I could swim with sharks or move to a country/area with lots of poisonous/dangerous animals.

No but I did once escape through a bathroom window from a really bad party.

seeing him a burger.
it wasn't even a date but he fancied me so I had considered going out with him.
in the meantime we popped out for lunch and the way he ate I thought "there's no way I could watch that for the rest of my life"

Yes. Not amazingly but probably enough to save my life.
