I am totally out of ideas. Fucking bored bored bored of food and cooking it. What are you all having so I can copy your ideas?

Please no one mention take away. I would love to but budget won’t stretch!

Salmon, potato and sweet potato mash and broccoli.
Always have it once a week.

Easy home-made ‘chicken Kiev’, with potatoes, courgette and spring greens (thanks to Gousto!)

Homemade kebabs loaded with pork,chicken,peppers, celery, onions, Brown rice, big bowl of salad and chunks of halloumi. Should be all ready in a few minutes and the best part of all is that my only participation is to eat 😋and do the washing up by hand🥴

I'm meant to be having salmon & asparagus. I'm actually gonna have crusty bread and butter & a glass of wine.
Dd's had sainsburys meal deal coz it was sports night & they eat at school.
Can't wait to go on holiday and eat out for a few days in a row

It's fend for yourself night here and I'll probably just make myself a sandwich when I'm hungry. It's so warm here right now I can't cope with having the oven or hob on at all.

Maggi paprika tender chicken, golden vegetable rice, salad and coleslaw tonight. DH works late on a Thursday, the little one is knackered after finishing her nursery days and the big one is really ready for the holidays.

It’s usually beans on toast by this point in the week, so this was a win!

I need to do a, shopping delivery tonight but I've completely lost the plot with food. I'm so bored of thinking about it, shopping for and cooking it.

Tonight was beans on toast which dd said was delicious

So Tesco do a fiery Goan curry and it's so yummy. So we usually have it with paneer but I have tofu I need to use up so having that with tofu, veggies and rice. It's a wee bit dearer as it comes with all the spices you need but it's good!

Steak ramen with extra chilli

Freezer tapas tonight - just basically all the end bags and boxes of beige food in the freezer heated up with a big pile of salad and a yoghurt dip.

It's a desperation regular 😂

I am making tortellini en brodo today. Which makes dull old chicken soup with pasta sound a little more interesting. :) At least (I think, although anything could have changed since last time) the Dcs will eat it.

Oh i am sure I recall you mentioning this dish before on these threads. I simply HAVE to try this!!! What do you use for the cream? Actual cream or something like cream cheese?

Tonight we’re having a bacon wrapped turkey joint, roast potatoes, roast carrots, frozen broccoli & cauliflower, turkey gravy. I just need to find the energy to do the spuds & carrots!

Friday nights are always a moveable feast here, with everyone coming and going. So it's always something snacky and quick. Tonight, I've stolen a M&S idea - 2 rashers of bacon and a fried egg served in individual Naan breads that have been smeared with chilli jam.

Chicken Caesar salad with an ice-cold glass of white wine.
Chocolate - dipped strawberries for desert.

Tuna steak with niscoise salad and white wine! Even better H is cooking it, not me!

Loosely Turkish themed BBQ. Lamb kofte kebabs, halloumi and veg skewers, mozzarella and tomato salad, rice, gin.

I can’t be bothered tonight so we’re having those partly baked baguettes (baked, of course) with chicken and salad.
