I am totally out of ideas. Fucking bored bored bored of food and cooking it. What are you all having so I can copy your ideas?

Please no one mention take away. I would love to but budget won’t stretch!

Baked salmon steaks, with little new potatoes and asparagus and tender sweet broccoli stems. And for the first time in about 15 years. I bought a pkt of orange jelly in the shop a while ago, so have made the jelly and put those mandarin orange segments in it., I never ever have desserts at all. so will be quite refreshing on this sunny evening.

Oh I like the sound of jelly.

TBH I am seriously thinking of going back to what my DH would call 'nursery food' because no-one in my family eats any of my cooking. DS1 has alot of food issues. DS2 takes after his dad and could not care less about what he eats. DH is now vegetarian but he genuinely forgets to eat because he thinks of other things.

I can do a rocking smoked salmon terrine, {@MamaMia252 ) so might do that for myself tomorrow and everyone else can have cottage pie (sans peas and potatos for DS 1 and sans meat for DH) and i will start cooking to please myself.

( I am really fed up).

Shop bought pizza for the dc (the youngest of whom is 16 so they can sling them in the oven themselves) and I’m having a can of mojito because I don’t like pizza

Frozen breaded cod and beans. My go-to can't-be-arsed-to-cook dinner. The rest of the family are out, so it's just me and the dog, and he doesn't like fish🤣

Have you tried gousto? I've had it for a few weeks to get some more ideas of what to have as I was just eating spag Bol and sausage and mash on repeat 😂. I have a code if you wanted to try it

Korean fried chicken bites in a chilli sauce (easy version) with a noodle and veg stir fry.

Week day dinners are boring! I just can't be bothered. I've had vegetable stir fry.

Moroccan spiced lamb leg steaks, crispy diced potatoes and roasted peppers onions and tomatoes

Quiche, veggies and beans. Easy meal tonight!

Just did homemade carbonara (cream free/traditional way). Great way to use up some veg and pasta!

Chicken Alfredo Parpardelle 😋

I can’t be bothered to cook so we’re having a freezer meal. Battered cod fillets, chips and mushy peas

We had soft shall tacos with chilli/cheese/salad inside - DH accidentally bought the mini ones which worked out well as the children could pick them up more easily.

Somerset pork, new potatoes and veg (baby corn, broccoli, green beans and Mangetout. Plus asparagus for everyone but me).

Sounds fancy, but it was a slowcooker and Schwartz packet collaboration. Chop up an apple, grab a pack of pork steaks, mix the power with 300ml water and Chuck it all in the slow cooker for 5 hours on low.

I'm not in the mood to cook today so I am working my way through a large bag of crisps at the moment!

We had lamb koftas, Greek salad, flatbreads and Greek dips.
