I have left the curtains in the top bedroom closed to keep the sun off the room

I visited a relative yesterday to meet her two day old baby and also took an outfit as a present (and not a dozen babygros). Before I am accused of a cardinal sin, we were invited.

Leaving your car idling is looked upon dimly by the law. The Highway Code clearly states: "You must not leave a vehicle's engine running unnecessarily while that vehicle is stationary on a public road."

It’s not even necessary just to charge a phone and listen to the radio. Unless the car battery is knackered or you intend to be doing it all day.

Toddler DD went into nursery with one dummy in her mouth and one in each hand this moring. When I told her to give them up when we were leaving the house she had the mother of all tantrums and in the end I gave in because I couldn't face it before 7am.

I parked in my neighbours spot for 15 seconds whilst I ran back in the house for something I’d forgot this morning

I put my heating on Monday. I was so cold. It was wet and miserable outside.

I've put tea towels and underwear in the same washing machine load.

I walked my dog entirely off the lead in the woods

I went to a diy centre in a tracksuit

I didn't wear a mask at school drop off

My washing got rained on. Is that as bad, or worse, than being darked on? Will I have to wash it in case my (adult) son suffers from acid rain burn?

Dh did a very stinky poo in the en-suite, and not only am I not planning to LTB, I didn’t even mind!

Went out for a lovely lunch yesterday and came home and told the lot of them to sort themselves out....no one starved.

Have my feet up all morning in my dressing gown and endless coffee.
