What’s the oddest street name you know?

I passed one in Edinburgh today, called Fair-A-Far Shot, which is quite unusual.

I also know of a small hamlet, not street, called Willie Stack’s Clump, which just makes me smile.

@EdithWeston

Honeypot Lane sounds a sweet place to live

Unfortunately I think every Gropecunt Lane has been bowdlerised out of existence

I went to a geography lecture once about the Grope Cunt Lanes of post-mediaeval England. It was amazing.

I don't have a good one to add but it reminded me when Lewis Hamilton had a street named after him and a comedian pointed out they missed a trick.
they should've called it Hamilton Drive

😁

also there's a village called "Bugyi" in Hungary. it means Knickers. Always loved travelling through it.

Camborne in Cambridgeshire was built in peak Harry Potter mania. There’s a Quidditch Way, and other HP themed places.

Not rude, but unusual - I lived on Summer Shard once.

I live in an old village, in Europe, and there is the local language equivalent of Diagon Alley. It is very narrow, though.
This may have influenced some people's choice of location ;-)

We used to live on Blackboy Road, Exeter. Also there's one in Margate called Hatfeild Rd. Yes, with the field spelt wrong, that is really the name, apparently named after someone (whose ancestors couldn't spell field lol)
