Not in the uk, so we don't have the Sunday roast tradition .

Anyways cba so we are having smoked prawns, smoked salmon, smoked halibut on baguette with a salad.

Toad in the hole, roast potatoes, carrots and broccoli. We will have our roast on Tuesday.

Home alone with 6month old DS while DH is offshore for 3 weeks working 😅 forgot to take dinner out the freezer for myself (DH always batch cooks and leaves me easy meals before he goes ❤️) so tonight’s delicacy will be toast or cereal 😅😊 followed by 7.30pm bedtime along with my little non-sleeper 🤣

Might go wild and order myself a pizza though after reading this 🤣

I’m rather jealous of everyone who is having ‘proper’ roasts. I just couldn’t be bothered this week!

Your menu's all sound delicious. 😋 I'd love to eat a roast dinner and sit around the table eating together as a family, but that literally happens on Christmas Day only. I do all the cooking and have to make different food for the other two but at least we eat together around the table.

Currently eating a cheese roll for my late lunch. No idea what I'll do for dinner yet although it will be chicken based with chips for DS. I might defrost something or open a tin of soup. DH is extremely fussy and will get his own dinner about 10pm.

For my lunch I had a cheese and pickle roll, a cold sausage and a vegetable samosa with yogurt and mint dip.

Don't know about dinner yet. Not having a big meal here today as DH is working and DS is out.

Another one who is having toad in the hole. With mash, broccoli, cabbage, carrots and gravy. Oh and baked beans for dd who “must” have them on mash.

Veggie curry and cashew nut rice here tonight. We never do Sunday lunch, just eat our main meal in the evening like we do the rest of the week.

We normally have ham or beef but I've been redecorating DC bedroom and don't have time for the whole Sunday roast faff today.
