I was at Dd's house recently, she opened her freezer and a I could see was lots of little pink mouse tails.
She has a pet snake so they are for him.
I also once sat eating my lunch in Indonesia whilst watching some guys shoving a cow into the back of a bemo (minibus type thing but with no back doors)

Anyone else?

Years ago I idly looked out of my window and saw a Mini christmas tree on a barge passing by on the river. By that I mean a huge metal christmas tree frame that had Mini Coopers as baubles.

@Selkiebride

All whilst on a bus:

A footballer as promised showing his arse in a department shop window.
A man on a mobility scooter with many actual owls adorning it.
A squirrel dragging a full pizza into a tree.

I wonder whether there’s more than one footballer made that bet, or whether you saw the same one I did! 😁

Came home to find a duck in the bath. He got rehomed next day

@CallMeCleo

Many years ago I went to bed with a man who turned out to have three nipples, all of them perfectly formed.
I also once slept with a man with three nipples. He wasn't called Jim was he?

When I worked in a certain large swedish furnishings shop, a woman came in with a baby's pram. We looked inside to see the baby, and it was a dog with a bonnet and clothes on.

On some remote islands off the coast of Burma I saw a really weird festival that consisted of men in robes being paraded through the streets on horizontal crosses held aloft on big carnival floats, when I looked closely they were not tied to the crosses but held there by hooks piercing their skin at the wrist, back and ankles. They seemed to be in a trance, lots of chanting and wailing from the crowds.😳 some bizarre chicken sacrificing too along the way. Really freaked me out.

Mingalabar · 03/04/2021 23:01

@Poorlykitten was that the Andaman Islands?

FromDespairToHere · 03/04/2021 23:01

A man who used to take a goose for a walk on a lead.

Years ago on a day-trip on a canal barge, a man in a field next to the canal on horseback, dressed completely like a cowboy and throwing a lasso.

Not me but DD a couple of years ago. She was sitting watching TV and a pigeon appeared from the fireplace, it had come down the chimney.

Poorlykitten · 03/04/2021 23:05

@Mingalabar yes, have you been?

Caneloalvarez · 03/04/2021 23:25

I'm enjoying these! I was once driving home from a work trip and just blindly following the sat nav when a huge all green jumbo jet appeared from nowhere, skimmed the top of my car and disappeared over the fence at the side of the road! I pulled my car over in a panic thinking I'd just witnessed a crash but Google told me I was next to the Brize Norton RAF base 😆

@Ikeatears I have also seen a perfectly flipped fiat 500 on it's roof on a dual carriageway.. no idea how it got that way!

Socksorter · 03/04/2021 23:37

Witnessing a neighbour on his allotment at the end of our street being aggressively mounted by his large pet goat coat while his wife was hysterical, the more he struggled the tighter the goat hung on, still makes me chuckle, all was well and no goats or husbands were harmed

Cherrysoup · 03/04/2021 23:40

Pigeon waiting on the Tube platform. It walked down the train and stopped at every person, then about 30 seconds before we arrived at Baker Street, it went and stood at the correct doors, waited and got off. Bizarre.

sakuramiyagi · 03/04/2021 23:45

Feral turkeys eating a dead cat on the side of the road in California. It traumatised me!

IHaveBrilloHair · 03/04/2021 23:45

@poorlykitten.
I'd forgotten all about this, but I saw similar in Singapore.
Ill Google and post what it is.

Bloke with a beard, red leather skirt, riding a bike round Tooting Common. Apparently he operated out of a tree.

CockneyCutie · 04/04/2021 01:10

A stark naked man, dancing in a skip in Bromsgrove

VampireTheBuffetSlayer · 04/04/2021 02:01

A normal bloke in lycra with a backpack rode past me on his mountain bike. All to be expected in Suburbia, apart from the wee Chihuahua's head poking out of the top of his backpack.

hagsrus0 · 04/04/2021 02:19

A dog on a lead walking on her hind legs. "She taught herself to do that," the owner said.

cateycloggs · 04/04/2021 03:36

A man by himself not with a Morris Men Group dressed all in black Morris outfit with pink ribbons and bells round his ankles and knees and his face painted black (he was a white man) walking down local High Street. Another man seen regularly, small, middle-aged dressed in red soldiers coat pushing a dolls pram with a teddy bear in it, used to see him often always happy to chat to people but don't know what has happened to him.

A glass black painted horse drawn funeral carriage being loaded onto the back of a van in a side street , having done its funeral duty which is actually seen quite frequently in this area.

I'm guessing you are in the areas bordering with Wales or close to them ?
cateycloggs · 04/04/2021 03:43

No dustydaffs , a large Midlands city. Is that in reference to the Morris Man In Black? Is that a thing there? Never seen him before or since yet I can picture his face now whereas I am usually face blind. I think I thought he was asking for trouble with the face paint.

PomBearWithoutHerOFRS · 04/04/2021 03:47

A giraffe's head, from the base of the neck up, taxidermied, in the corner of a junk/vintage shop in the Horseshoe Arcade in Newcastle.I

Tara336 · 04/04/2021 03:49

Stood on a New York street asking for directions and Bat Man rode past on a bike.
Morocco Street big sand and gravel type lorry goes past with loads of horses stood in the back.
Saigon a whole family on a moped balancing a mattress on their heads

Yes. Round there and in the midlands you get the border Morris where the tradition is to blacken faces as a throwback to when they had to be in disguise as it was against the law and they didn't want their e,players or the authorities to know who they were.
