The most random things you watch on YouTube

Like so many I do enjoy a good cat video and things like drone footage of beautiful places I don't know when I'll be able to visit.

Lately I've got sucked into watching random mundane vlogs of people walking round their towns. There seem to be quite a few doing this for Blackpool in particular, all going round the same streets every day but the video quality and narrative varies. (Is it some sort of local arts sponsored thing?) I don't know why I've ended up watching these but I keep doing so. There's one elderly sounding man in particular who seems to find joy in the little things such as sunshine over the Irish sea and that's quite charming in a way.

I also love watching things like old TV idents, announcers, snippets of old news, etc. particularly regional.

Sorry @Sparklingbrook, I've been off the air. I've really enjoyed the Eclectic Beard, give it a go and see what you think.

Loads of videos about Japan - I really love the country, culture and the food! Watch a few about westerners who moved there plus lots about the restaurants, street food etc. Love ASMR but watch it sporadically and am picky about what I like - not the tapping, whispering crap.

I watch Tiktok more now - it's much more interesting (and addicitive!)

1980's/1990's interviews (all manner of people) and old Wogan episodes!
