I can’t stop thinking about this poor little girl. My heart hurts for her family. I know she’s not the only child fighting a life threatening illness but she’s all I’ve thought about today.

Sorry if this post upsets anybody that is familiar with this little girl.

Wow, the grandmother really exposed their address on social media? And used her grandchild’s illness to gain clout on social media? Jesus, imagine going through something as traumatic as losing your child with this absolute shit show happening in the background. They have enough on their plate without the added theatrics and stress from the grandmother

No I don't think she exposed their address and I don't think she was trying to gain clout on social media. No one has a clue what has gone on between them, or what the situation is, it's just another layer of sadness to the story that there are obviously problems in the family, that will be adding stress at this already hideous time.

@Mugginyouleftrightandcentre

I think the video might be gone now but she posted one of her knocking at the door and you could clearly see door number, car regs etc.
The post also included something about favouring his family.

The group was making me uncomfortable due to the amount of wax melts, bows, stickers, nails etc that people were selling, so I left pretty quickly

nevernotstruggling · 19/04/2021 23:00

I need to join a thread about AC. I keep checking insta. When we it goes quiet now I wonder if she has slipped away. I can't imagine what Ashley and Saffiya are going through. This is utterly brutal. Ashley did a post about his resolve that he and S had to be strong and have a shower and get dressed each day. That broke me because all that must seem so pointless now.

Snowstorming · 19/04/2021 23:58

Heartbroken for the family. Their strength is truly limitless and inspiring. Praying for them, and all the sweet babies in the world going through these unimaginable illnesses.

Kate3150 · 20/04/2021 06:12

I’ve been up with my DS a couple of times in the night and she’s always the first thing on my mind. Still praying for that miracle champ 🧡🧡. You’re amazing xx

LetsGoChamp · 20/04/2021 08:45

I was never on the FB group and I followed it but it’s sad to see people’s already broken hearts go through more upset.

Thanks to everyone for ignoring the useless comments that have been made and to MN for deleting the comments.

Let’s go champ 🧡

Sorry that should say, I never followed it above

I hope they managed to help her eye swelling, must be heartbreaking that she can't see them, but she will be feeling their love so much with them all singing and dancing with her. Such a strong, inspiring family, makes me appreciate my family and health so much more and I am definitely going to see if I can sign up to be a stem cell donor. They have done an amazing job of raising much needed awareness and hopefully all the awareness can help to save and improve lives.
Hope Azaylia is comfortable and feeling the love today bless her heart

CookieBlue · 20/04/2021 11:35

I’m not following the Facebook group but have had a nose every now and then and saw the video last night. I turned to my OH and said I’m so mad on behalf of them! They are going through utter hell, one of the worst things you could possibly go through in a lifetime and Saf’s mum is dumping bags and bags and bags of “crap” (sorry if that offends anyone, I do understand people want to do SOMETHING but do they really need hundreds and hundreds of pictures and drawings and keyrings right now??). There was even a baby play mat, Azaylia is 8 months old. She doesn’t need a play mat. Filming it, showing their address and car registration plates, smirking at the camera, causing an obstruction if there was a medical emergency or an ambulance needed to be called! Just shocking. My heart hurts even more for them knowing they’re going through all of that extra stress in the background too. That poor family, I can’t imagine how they must be feeling Sad. I’m so, so sad for them.

mrssunshinexxx · 20/04/2021 11:39

What is the fb group called please x

withpeaceandlove · 20/04/2021 11:44

I think that ignoring it and leaving the group if you're in it is probably the best thing to do. This shouldn't take the attention and care away from little azaylias fight. I hope she's able to open her eyes again today, it must be awful and confusing for her not being able to see all of a sudden. Thoughts are with her and her family as always

CookieBlue · 20/04/2021 11:54

No I agree. I won’t be looking at it again. It really got to me. You’d hope in these situations both families would be rallying around and offering nothing but support Sad.

I hope they’re all ok today and Azaylia is able to open her eyes. I can’t imagine how distressing that must be for Ash and Saf. I’m thinking of them all the time.

Caneloalvarez · 20/04/2021 13:42

I wasn't aware of the FB group until seeing it mentioned here.. I had a look and I agree the tone is way off. Just goes to show the difference between the audience of FB Vs instagram. They need total control via one platform. I totally get that emotions are running high for all the family but now isn't the time for bags of crap and aggressive posts. Hopefully they can let the drama slide for now so that they can focus on Azaylia. It's lovely to see her surrounded by so much love. They're doing incredibly well just to give their followers an update as and when they feel it's appropriate.

Kate3150 · 20/04/2021 14:53

I’ve just seen they’ve taken little one to hospital for a blood transfusion. She is such a little fighter, I wish there was something they could do, I won’t stop praying. Come on champ! X

Eastereggfan · 20/04/2021 15:25

I've just seen the recent updates. What a fighter. Absolutely beautiful and you can just see the love.

Kate3150 · 20/04/2021 15:27

She’s amazing isn’t she? And her family just radiate love and positivity. Come on champ! We all believe in you 🧡

mumof23188 · 20/04/2021 15:58

She is the most beautiful little fighter 🧡. Absolutely agree, you can just see the love beaming around her. So heartbreaking. I just can’t stop thinking about them all. I took my little DS to the farm today and it just made me so sad to think she will never get these experiences. Life is completely unfair!

Kate3150 · 20/04/2021 16:13

I’ve just seen a little vid online now Azalyia is back from her transfusion. She’s sat in her little pod and she looks really contented bless her heart. She is amazing, come on beautiful, we are all behind you!! You can do this- let’s go champ 🧡

Gottashiftit · 20/04/2021 16:45

I've just seen an insta post of her meeting her cousin, I didn't know she had a cousin the same age. How bittersweet for the whole family.

I was thinking the same thing. How hard must that be for them all.
wingsnthat · 20/04/2021 20:37

I read one of their stories where they captioned “the hospital isn’t treating her anymore” (but still giving transfusions)

Dunno why but just made me feel a bit sad, just drills in that literally nothing can be done to save her Sad I think everyone holds on to hope, especially as she has made it this far

FTEngineerM · 20/04/2021 20:46

Yeah, they’re still looking after her in terms of making sure she’s comfortable but not treating her condition.

So sad but they’ve had many more days than the doctors said already, she really is a fighter.
