Wtf is Mornington Crescent?

I've just read the whole thread. I have no idea what's going on. I didn't want to post on there as they seem to be in some sort of flow and would probably ignore me anyway.

Ashamed to say, as someone who has travelled via MC nearly daily throughout her life, I don't know the game either! I'll have to find some examples. I'm good at the Tube map so in theory I should be able to play...

Good start but don't forget that they are currently limited to just one lift at Mornington Crescent Station. (this is relevant)

Why have I only just discovered you can play MC here?

My life is complete.

Knowing the map is helpful, but you'll need to understand the various conventions to be able to play to a reasonable degree....

Yep.

Although the difference is that the rules being applied are unspoken in Numberwang and there's more reliance on visual gags (which obvs don't work so well on radio). Same principle though.

Well, there's a very handy reference sheet available from Mrs Briggs at the Sixteenth Mornington Crescent Club (second south east division) just write to her and she'll send it. I'm afraid you'll need to send a stamped and addressed envelope though.
