I see these type of things on FB all the time and the responses are always the same. Mostly wrong answers, some stated with absolute certainty, a handful of people patiently explaining why the answer is 10, several people claiming BODMAS should be BIDMAS and several more making a claim it should be PEMDAS, a load more people swearing that order of operations wasn't taught in their day, somebody else pointing out that order of operations has existed since the 1600s and on and on ad infinitum.

I think you want me to say that the answer is 10, but I'm going to say that it's unanswerable. There is nothing to say that one banana is half of two, that a chocolate chip equals one, or that a clock set to 2 is 2/3 of a clock set to 3. It's all assumptions.
