Yes. Lots of people have got the right answer and explained their working. There are two things to check - observing the pictures properly to get the right numbers, and doing the calculation properly.

The answer is 10, as stated by the OP.

I've changed my mind thanks to some tips. Clock shows 2pm on bottom line instead of 3pm. Only 7 chocolate chips rather than 10.
So 2+1+(1×7) = 10

In the final line the clock is set at 2pm so 2
There is only 1 banana each time
Cookie has 7 choc chips so 7

Using BODMAS it is therefore

2+1 + 1x7 = 10
