Playmobil pandemic in our house part 4

This is a continuation of previous threads as I will be posting some more scenes of the Playmobil pandemic over forthcoming days and the previous thread is almost full.

Thank you! Unfortunately I won't be doing a scene today, as I need to assist Norman and his mates with a construction project.

Will see what I can do on Sunday though (am working tomorrow).

I was in with a year one class today for the first time since Christmas and they've suddenly got loads of Playmo! They've got buckets of it (and Lego) so each table has a bucket to play with that gets filled with Milton at the end of the day ready for tomorrow.

Friday afternoons are free-play so I basically got paid to play with Playmo for two hours

That should say they get a bucket of either Lego or Playmo to play with for each table. Not just a bucket!

I wish I got paid to play with Playmo! Sounds like good fun!

It's Mother's Day today, and Berian and Briallen are excited about their plans for the day.

They go down to the kitchen, where their dad Brynmor helps them make tea and toast for their mum.

"Breakfast in bed - how lovely!" says Bronwen.

The non-essential shops are all closed, so Brynmor helped the children choose a gift online for their mum. They are excited to give it to her.

It's a beautiful necklace. "Thank you so much!" says Bronwen, "I love it."

They also have a bunch of flowers to give their mum.

Brynmor puts them in a vase.

Brynmor had hoped to take the family out for Mother's Day lunch, but all the restaurants are closed. Instead he is cooking roast chicken. Briallen and Berian help set the table

While the lunch is cooking, Berian brings his mum a nice glass of blue wine.

After lunch Brynmor washes up, Briallen dries and Berian puts things away...

... while Bronwen relaxes with a nice cup of tea.

In the evening, the family decide to have pizza delivered as a Mother's Day treat.

They all enjoy their pizza.

It's time for the children to go to bed. "Thank you for a lovely Mother's Day" says Bronwen. "Thank you for being the best Mummy in the world." say the children.

When the children are in bed, Brynmor pours Bronwen a glass of bubbly. "Thank you for being the best Mum!" he says.

"Cheers! Happy Mother's Day!"

Ahh that's lovely Bits. Have a good Mothering Sunday too.

Lovely flowers, and an open window as per the Covid 19 suggestion. Happy Mother's Day to Bronwen. Or as Al Murray's cousin might say 'beautiful Welsh name'!
