Tray bake of veggie sausages, sweet potato, BNS, apple and shallots with a honey a mustard dressing added for last 15 minutes. Served with more broccoli as we had 3 massive ones delivered in this weeks shop as I feel obliged to eat it at every meal!

Butternut squash. I use honey, whole grain mustard table spoon oil, table spoon balsamic vinegar.
