Burgers and onions rings, home made, with chips (not HM!) beef for DH, veggie for me. Although I’m drinking rose in the garden right now so not sure quite what state I’ll be in by the time I have to start cooking!

Red lentil and orange veg (sweet potato, carrot, butternut squash) coconut curry with rice. I will add spinach after serving DS his.

'Rugby Lamb' - shoulder put in at about 160 degrees when the pre-rugby chat starts and taken out at the end of the 2nd match. Plus those sliced potatoes in cream. And peas. And carrots. And broccoli.
