Spaghetti Bolognese but I am using my fancy time consuming recipe which will take 4 hours to achieve perfection. (I'm bored). Normally its a 30 minute job.

Also contemplating making a cake.

Chinese Dan Dan noodles, with minced pork. A vegetable side dish to go with it, probably courgette. Maybe also some miso soup with spring onion. I might make some Chinese omelette too.

Tomorrow we’re having a full on Christmas dinner - I bought a whole turkey leg (over a kg in weight!) for a great price a while back and froze it. We’ll have turkey, stuffing, roast potatoes, sprouts, braised red cabbage, and roast carrots and parsnips. And there will be plenty left over so we’ll have turkey sandwiches for lunch on Monday! 😊
