I had 2 aunts who were Aries. Only one left now but she's in rude health apparently!

I'd love to go back to Tuscany. We had a lovely holiday there . . . . back when we were allowed to travel . . .

@Honeyroar - looks like we’ve lived opposite lives. You left Italy for a cheater and I gave up my opportunity to live there for one

He was not only unfaithful he got someone else pregnant whilst I was with him...

I must admit, he married her and I believe they are still - happily - married and with several children - or at least they were when I last heard anything of them about seven years ago. He tracked down an old mutual friend to ask whether she could put him in touch with me. He was very contrite and wanted to apologise - apparently his daughter was almost the age I was when he cheated and I think he was having some ‘what if anyone did that to her’ thoughts. He was at pains to point out he wasn’t trying to rekindle anything and that he was happily married. So I her suppose they were meant to be together - it’s just a shame I was unlucky enough to get caught up in it

And doubly unlucky (or foolish) to have given up an opportunity like that.

Mr FB and I love Italy - in fact we got married out there - but I’ve never mustered the courage to visit Padua as I’d have to face up to the fact I turned down the chance to live there!

FlouncingB, how lovely you married in Italy! I bet it was beautiful. I've not been to Padua. You are probably right about Mr Cheater. I suppose at least he turned his morals in the right direction in the end. Sorry you got hurt, but you now have lovely Mr FB so there are some good ones as well!

We have a holiday to Italy booked in June . It was a rebooking of flights that were cancelled last year and we have a lovely villa with pool booked . Not really expecting to be able to go at the moment, but we'll see.

I feel a little bad about Mr Cheater. I never responded to his email. I’d just lost my mum and was in bits and trying to help my dad who, as well as having just been bereaved was also developing Alzheimer’s so I’m afraid replying to a contrite ex was the last thing on my mind. I then lost access to the email account he contracted me on.

I worry sometimes he thinks I’m still angry with him - or worse - that I’m still so heartbroken I can’t face contacting him!

And yes, getting married in Italy was gorgeous. We married in Ravello, which is stunning we have the best wedding pics!
