I often browse houses on Rightmove for when I win the lottery but have never found one I really like. I have fallen in love with this one so I thought I'd share. The house and grounds are so beautiful OP and I adore swimming so would love that pool!

But I can't stand the size. It looks like it's made for about 50 people to live there and I'd feel incredibly anxious and isolated.

My ideal would be to have those kinds if grounds with a beautiful cabin built, decking and a porch on it, 4 bedrooms and an amazing kitchen would suit me fine :)

You’re right, this is stunning!

I was looking at the Shanklin one earlier, it is fabulous but I really would not want to live in Shanklin.

One thing that always stands out to me is that they virtually all have freestanding baths, I would be ripping those out and getting rid of them as a top priority, I hate them.

Loving the one in Cornwall in Helpston, would love to live by a beach, I also love the the Chiswick one. Nether are too big, have lived in a big house before and it was a pain having to walk so far to the kitchen or go upstairs to bed! So I ended up spending most of my time in the kitchen! my ideal would be in a lovely village by the sea with a great pub in walking distance and some nice friendly locals. sorted!!

I love that one @YepCuntyIsTaken. It’s a shame the pool isn’t outdoors, but I’d cope

Anyone bemused by the properties with furniture with loads of white upholstery? I mean, I know I aim to be rich enough to throw the stuff away the moment it gets the tiniest stain, but who wants the hassle?

I regularly do this but OP that house is too big and grand for me. I would worry about burglars/being targeted.

I mean don’t get me wrong I’d swap my council house for it like but wouldn’t be the one I would pick 🤣!!
