Has anyone seen my Kindle?

Re; Kindle. I lost my tablet for months. I had a massive clean up and found it underneath the sofa where my OH always sits in amongst his pile of magazines that he buys ( then skims through and sticks away thinking he'll get back to it but never does). He must have "tidied" after I went to bed one night and it got scooped up in amongst it all.

Just reporting back to say that I found my scarf - at the background of the stationery drawer. I’ve no idea how it ended up there.

My car keys! I had to get a spare set cut, they're in the house (or was) somewhere but they're no where to be seen😳

Weird one here.
My dh gave me his late wife’s golden bracelet about 8 years ago.
I had no qualms about using it. They had a happy marriage, she was a good woman etc
After about two years of using it he noticed the gold on the clasp had worn thin, so he took it back to get it repaired and put it in a safe place.

Never to be seen again.

We’ve dowsed for it. No luck there. Searched for it.
When the house was rewired three years ago , it never turned up.

It would 99 per cent most likely be in our bedroom and we’ve turned that over.
1 per cent in the walk in closet.

She’s taken it back hasn’t she?

We are going to be sharing him in the after life...aren’t we?

Try the last airport you last walked through? At least that’s where my DH lost ours never to be reunited, and on another trip his IPad . 😬

Can you keep an eye out for the diamond from my engagement ring please? Disappeared on Christmas Eve exactly two years to the day since he gave it to me.

I once lost the diamond from my ring - found in the car boot, I must have knocked it whilst unloading something. So look in places you might have knocked your left hand.

With regards to your life, just try making one small change, like choosing to eat at least one piece of fruit everyday, or spend 5 minutes every day dancing like a loon to a great tune.

MIL found my missing earring, she scored the place for it so now I'm feeling quite bad about thinking bad things about her it was a long time to be stuck indoors with her and a baby and a toddler so I'll just be blaming that

Happy news on this grey and dreary day! Kindle still missing. Not in/on fridge or in pile of books/papers or under bed/sofa. Should perhaps check our own recycling.......

I was bought an exquisite sapphire and diamond necklace for Christmas. Haven’t see it since Boxing Day. Ripped the house apart, gone through all bins, stripped the bed and prayed to St Anthony. Can you help?

Does anyone have any idea where my hairdryer is? It was just about the last thing I packed when we moved house over a year ago and I know it was not left behind because a) I did a full check of the empty house before we left and b) it was one of the things transported in my car. I have put off buying another as I keep thinking it's bound to turn up soon so for the last year I have been using a travel hairdryer that is now making some strange noises.

My tree topper never showed up. Christmas stuff all put away and my last hope turned to nothing.

But, I’m happy to say my only pair of gloves were located in the pocket of a coat I’d forgotten I’d worn. Result.

If anyone could locate the single diamond earring that I lost about 5 years ago I'd be really grateful. Oh and the necklace that I bought for my neice months ago for her Christmas and put in a 'safe place' and have never seen it since please.

Sorry about that. I was fairly convinced the fridge would be it. When my DM lost hers it turned up in her magazine rack.

My kindle has just turned up in a box of bits and pieces that I filled up when tidying up a room. It got stored on a high shelf and I only today thought " ooo what's in that box?"
