Ddog refused to go for a wee before we came to bed. I even carried her out and she just stared at me on the grass looking like a fluffy baked potato. She then woke at 2am and decided she needed to go. She is now snoring next to me, and I’m wide awake on MN.

I'm having surgery for a MMC today. Feeling anxious and sad.

rosieb060 · 30/11/2020 05:38

Pregnant

Not enough to show or tell people, but enough to need at least three wees a night.

MawnyStannit · 30/11/2020 05:42

Flowers so sorry, @TheDaydreamBelievers

Frownette · 30/11/2020 05:44

Baby is awake... again
Some combo of teething, cold plus 8 month sleep regression.

PhilCornwall1 · 30/11/2020 05:59

Well, that's the alarm going off in 3 minutes. Looks like it's coffee in bed again for Mrs PC, teens dishes done (he'll learn to wash up one day!!) and drinks done for the youngest for school. I guess it's been productive. Hmm

Been up all night worrying about dh (40, stage 4 terminal bowel cancer) he has a blood test today to see if his immune system has picked up off the floor and can hopefully have chemo on Tuesday.
His last scan showed some growth after 6 more rounds of chemo (12 in total) and he hasn't had chemo for four weeks due to his bloods, sadly it a cunt of a cancer and grows really quickly.

Next door have new-ish baby that cries a lot. It wakes me and it takes my brain a good few seconds to remember I don't have babies anymore. 😂 Today it woke me not long before my alarm so I just got up.

Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. Contractions five minutes apart... Contemplating a breakfast of Galaxy Minstrels to give me strength. That's totally fine, right?

Frownette · 30/11/2020 07:36

Not only fine but it's the law

1stevernamechange · 30/11/2020 07:57

I’m astonished I didn’t fall asleep until after 5 this morning, woke up at 8 and still haven’t needed a nap! Shock

sparticuscaticus · 30/11/2020 19:07

This was a brilliant thread OP
Just what I needed when I was wheezy and scared last night. I didn't feel alone xxx
Stupid change in weather, it got suddenly very cold and rainy here.
