This must be a scam employer surely. I can't believe a legitimate employer would behave this way.

I think you need an employment solicitor. Demand a pay check as soon as possible, remind them it's a legal requirement.

Are you definitely working under paye? Have you previously had payslips showing gross pay tax and ni?

I am concerned you have been hoodwinked into some kind of self employment without realising. Ie you are paying rent or something. It's not hair dressing is it?

No. Apparently they have deducted stuff I allegedly owe the Company but I know I haven't signed anything that says they can deduct stuff. No payslip or breakdown yet which doesn't help

So you do owe them money but you didnt gie permission for it to be deducted from your wages? Is that right?

If you want help you need to be a bit less vague about what's going on.

You need to be informed of any deductions to your wages.

There’s something funny going on here. I think there’s a story to come. You must have some idea what you could owe them for OP?
