We are having chicken enchiladas.

Tempura battered chicken (thank you Aldi), rice and mixed veg.
Chocolate mousse for pudding.

Tomorrow planning jackets spuds and various toppings with chocolate banana fudgecake for afters.

Chicken breast in tomato sauce with bacon and mozerella topping, homemade roast pots and baby corn and broccoli.

We had tomato tarts (though we didn't have all the ingredients), broccoli and new potatoes.

Boeuf Bourguignon with jacket potatoes and roasted chantenay carrots. Followed by warm brownies with fresh raspberries and creme fraiche.

leftover roast (magic) chicken, I had mine in a roll with salad, DC had theirs with oven chips (not the baby) and vegetables.

Might have some pudding when everyone is asleep.
