leftover roast (magic) chicken, I had mine in a roll with salad, DC had theirs with oven chips (not the baby) and vegetables.

Boeuf Bourguignon with jacket potatoes and roasted chantenay carrots. Followed by warm brownies with fresh raspberries and creme fraiche.

Tempura battered chicken (thank you Aldi), rice and mixed veg.
Chocolate mousse for pudding.

Tomorrow planning jackets spuds and various toppings with chocolate banana fudgecake for afters.

The next night is salmon and Dan Dan noodle soup

We had nachos made with leftover bolognese sauce. I added cumin, paprika, coriander and kidney beans to give it a more chilli-like flavour (but no actual chillies because we're all too wimpy).

Tomorrow we're having a very mild jollof with roast chicken.

Butter chicken with tandoori nan and salad sent by very kind neighbour as i tested positive last week. Gives dh and kids a day off from cooking.

Spaghetti and meatballs, with spinach added to the sauce here - courtesy of Tescos finest. Girls have tutor until 8, DH has 7.30-8.30 conference call - I hate Mondays!
