We are having chicken enchiladas.

Tomorrow we are having this - www.allrecipes.com/recipe/231282/hearty-italian-meatball-soup/

One of the best things you will ever eat in your life. :)

Sausages, chickpeas, carrots, peppers, baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes, scattered with cumin seeds and chilli flakes, baked in the oven for about an hour. Then scattered with toasted sunflower seeds and a squeeze of lemon.

EwwSprouts · 12/11/2020 17:55

Leftover bolognaise is becoming chilli.

Camomila · 12/11/2020 17:57

cream cheese and pesto pasta, followed by formage frais and raspberries.

Jealous of the more grown-up dinners!
(It's not that the DC are fussy, I just can't face the extra tidying up on a weeknight)

TheOrigRights · 12/11/2020 17:57

Pan fried salmon, cous cous and tender stem broccoli

BreakHerOffAKitKat · 12/11/2020 17:59

Slow cooker Cuban Beef, my house smells
delicious!

Nosnogginginthekitchen · 12/11/2020 18:00

Tortilla wrap, hummus, little gem shredded, chopped cucumber, yoghurt and mint dressing, sweet chilli sauce and homemade butterbean falafel.

I haven't eaten all day and it was bloody gawjus.

My horrible philistine children had tuna mayo wraps. They're missing out. But more for me.

Camomila · 12/11/2020 18:01

Nosnogginginthekitchen That sounds great Smile

@spagbog5

Soy, ginger and garlic salmon with rice and green beans for us but I don't really fancy it Confused
I like the sound of that. Please could you share the recipe? And what rice is it? Thanks.

Teakind · 12/11/2020 18:35

Great thread! I get so bored of eating the same things.

I'm having chicken Caesar salad with anchovies but would rather be eating some of the other meals listed here!

2gorgeousboys · 12/11/2020 18:44

Lamb linguine here. One of DS2's favourites and the only way DH will eat courgettes.

2gorgeousboys · 12/11/2020 18:45

and a very naughty Thursday night glass of wine!

OneLinePlease · 12/11/2020 18:45

We just had pasta bake with peas and green beans.

IHaveBrilloHair · 12/11/2020 18:49

Lasagne and broccoli, I wouldn't usually do broccoli but it needs using.

Cheesymonster · 12/11/2020 18:54

Toad in the hole with broccoli and roasted carrots.

Looking for inspiration for tomorrow night but I’m not a confident cook at all so it needs to be simple!

iklboogeymum · 12/11/2020 19:03

DS made chicken fried rice in food tech so we had that with some Chinese curry. It was delicious.

Hangingover · 12/11/2020 19:05
