How often do you change your kitchen towel?

If you use it mainly for wiping hands (not dishes)?

And while we are at it, when do you replace your dish sponge...every week? Month? When it looks utterly manky 😃

And your toothbrush?

We also have a separate hand towel and tea towel in the kitchen and use a cloth. Cloth is changed every other day and towel and tea towel twice a week. The all go on a really hot wash.

Tea towel gets changed whenever one of my children grabs it to use to wipe up a spill. So every couple of days.

Sponge goes in the dishwasher when it looks manky.

Oven gloves are silicone, get wiped when dirty.

Kitchen towel for hands about twice a week.
Wiping up towel daily
Sponge depends at least once a week but sometimes twice.
(When I use my dishwasher less so with sponge and tea towel but I am currently waiting for it to be plumbed in after moving over a month ago).

I change kitchen towel daily and bathroom hand towel daily. Especially with all of the handwashing.
