What’s for dinner?

My mum left me and the family a bag of black peas so I’m currently cooking up a Carby storm of back peas with carrots and celery, dauphinois potatoes and some veg on the side for a bit of greenery.

My house smells amazing and I love this time of year!

I have also no u her some rainbow carrots for a twist on a veg casserole for tomorrow night

Pork meatballs, tomato sauce over rice.

Tinned peaches with dried blueberries and toasted flaked almonds. I found a packet in the cupboard so I’m roasting the whole packet so that I remember to use them.
