How many supplements / vitamins do you take a day?

I take two (Vit D and Vit C). Just found out that my sister takes 14?! Various including turmeric, vitamins, something for her gut, agnus something or other, cod liver oil, etc

What's everyone else doing? Am I behind the times?

Magnesium/Zinc/B6 - makes me sleep better.

I wondering whether to get some cod liver oil as I am getting a bit creaky.

I also take extra Vit D as and when. Probably three times a week.

The trouble is, if you add one and it makes you feel better, there's no impetus to discontinue it again! I take:
Pro-biotic
Vit D3
Iron supplement with B vitamin complex
Apple cider vinegar capsules
Activated charcoal capsules

Wow, I am surprised!

I took nothing until last year when I started taking a multivitamin during lockdown which I have continued.

I always figured I would get sufficient nutrients from my diet (which is decent and varied) and activity, but I was /am conscious that I am far more inactive and get far less sunlight since I have been wfh.
