Cajun steak with spicy rice, sweet potato wedges and salad

I just finished an absolutely lovely chilli and rice with guacamole.

Garlic chicken, peppers, onions and mushrooms in pittas, with some coleslaw on the side.

Southern fried chicken drumsticks, new potatoes and salad

Chicken Donner from the Turkish kebab place. Followed by jam doughnuts.

I'm not normally this lazy, but I had my bad arm manipulated today and it's killing me so im having a treat day

Some of these sound soooooo nice

Crispy taco shells, turkey & peppers, bean chilli & guacamole. Was lovely

Pan fried pork with rosemary, roast potatoes, baby carrots sugar snap peas broccoli.

Possibly an apple and blackberry crumble if I can be bothered. Picked the blackberries whilst walking earlier today.

I love autumn.

Served with, Swede and sweet potato mash, leeks, broccoli and carrots.

Quick dinner tonight, I’ve got tortilla wraps to use up, so either cheese quesadilla or make a pizza on a tortilla base.

Salmon fillet pan fired gnocchi and roast vegetables and spinach

Teriyaki marinaded salmon with stirfried Asian veges, on udon noodles.

I heard on the radio that someone was serving panfried sea bass with cheese & potato pie & asparagus. Not sure about the pie but love the idea of the sea bass with lightly steamed asparagus

Heat oil chuck in beef, add cream coconut, cook for a bit, add other stuff, simmer for 20mins or until spuds are done.

You can sub Demerara sugar for palm, and the pastes should be in the supermarket world food aisle.
