Is my thumb weird?

If I give someone a thumbs up with my left hand, this is what it looks like... I tend to use the other hand because DP says it's weird.

Do your thumbs do this? Is my thumb weird or is DP weird?

Not my thumbs but my hands and thumbs push all the way back to my wrists. Just variations on hypermobility

I have the opposite problem (sort of...). The lowest joint on my thumbs are fused. This is me stretching my thumb as far as it will go. Does anyone else have this? My dad was the same.

Mine go backwards (to a 90’ ish angle if pushed but I was using my other hand to take the photo)

And they go forwards (use of knee due to right hand already being in use)

And I can bend these two like this but not the other 8

Nobody else I know has bendy back fingers, they all think I'm odd
