Dd age 13 just had six. I told her a normal portion is 2 (that’s what I would have) and 3 if you are extra hungry. Am I right?

I have 3 but then I overeat generally.

6 seems extraordinary. Does she get little or no lunch? That might explain the enormous breakfast.

2 but it doesn’t seem enough. I regret a third though . I could eat 6 at a push but I’d feel sick. however at 13 I could definitely have eaten 6 easily

2 with some fruit ontop.......3 if I'm absolutely ravenous

I would struggle to eat one. My teenage boys might eat 2 on occasion, but rarely. I can't imagine anyone eating six unless it was part of some kind of hideous challenge.
I have a feeling that there was an advert years ago that asked if you could eat two, as if it was some kind of challenge, though on reflection that might have been shredded wheat, and I definitely couldn't even eat one of those....bleurgh!
I do think there has been a definite increase on what is seen as normal portion sizes since I was young. When I look back at the portions my Mum served to us in the 70s it was far less than I make now, and I think that I am conservative compared to quite a few people I know. The same goes for meals out and even takeaway. The size of a standard portion of fish and chips seems massive now compared to when I was a kid. I would far rather pay less and be served less.
