In all my years Ive never worked a birthday 🎂. Im a nurse so usually request it off. Anyway, I forgot so I need to buy a cake to take in. I thems the rules. So, I have M and S, Asda, Morrissons or Sainsburys nearby. Are any of them better than the other? Anything else I should take in?

Thanks in advance.

I hope you will be eating it off a paper towel. And have crisps in a (clean) vomit bowl. Will you share with the doctors?

Waitrose has some very good cakes. I would advise to try to research in the supermarkets. There is this app for iphone that you can see the cakes and prices for the majors supermarkets. Very quick and convenient. It is called Your Best Option. I think is the best price option, but it let you see the cakes as well.

Well, due to paediatrics being moved somewhere else (dont get me started on that one when bronco season is around the corner) there will only be 2-3 doctors and it depends where they are. I might see if I have some paper plates hidden.
