I have just read all the end of thread 2 that fell off my TIO. Really enjoyed it, thank you. Will now read this one. Then I have to make the dinner. Mine never had Playmobile. Mine had Duplo, Happy land and Lego once the baby was old enough so the older child could have it .

Brandy looks just like my cat but smaller .

Best thread, apart from the health one I'm on, of course .

Just to let you know I will be posting early tomorrow as will be working all day. There will be no photos on Saturday as I'm also working, and haven't got that far ahead yet! But I may be able to sort something out for later on on Sunday.

Today Pippa has gone into labour. She and Patrick arrive at the hospital and are met by the midwife Rebecca.

Patrick is by Pippa's side while she is in labour.

The baby is born! It's a little girl. Rebecca hands her to Pippa.

Patrick takes some photos of Pippa and the new baby. They decide to call her Mabel Rose.

Rebecca brings the new parents a cup of tea.

It's time to take Mabel Rose home. Pippa and Patrick thank Rebecca and say goodbye.

They arrive home with their new baby.

Patrick introduces Mabel Rose to her teddy bear.

Patrick makes a cup of tea for Pippa and himself. They set Mabel Rose down as they don't want to spill the tea on her. They can't stop looking at their new baby.

Aaaah, how sweet. This brings back memories. 🙂♥️

Perfect start to the day. I remember coming home with DC3 and sitting on the sofa thinking Oh...

DC1 looked really huge all of a sudden at 4.2 and my 22 month old pointed and said baby and walked off . That was prophetic..

Congratulations Pippa and Patrick - that looked like an easy labour!

I’m glad the pandemic didn’t stop Patrick from being there to support Pippa - they were lucky Mabel Rose wasn’t born a couple of months earlier!
