I’m so glad none of the Playmolanders developed symptoms while they were in quarantine! It would be miserable to be ill in a hotel (even one as lovely as this!).

Well I think so, but not sure everyone shares my Playmo enthusiasm.

The Playmo people database is progressing well though. I now just have a few people left to add. I have discovered there are far more Playmo hairstyles (and even beard styles) than I thought! Also we have 6 different Santas, only 2 of which are identical...

It's always very useful to have different houses for scenes. The Playmo people can't all live in the same house! Although I have repurposed several different houses for different scenes.

E.g. the outside of Elise and Evan's house is the same one I use for the interior of Marta's house, and the outside of Geraint and Gwyneth's house is the same as the interior used for Matthias's house.

And Kai and Mae-Lin's house is one I used for another family at Christmas.

I may have bought a suburban house. This was a set in the main Playmobil catalogue around 2009 - 2013, and we liked the look of it but couldn't justify it at the time. We had all the room sets for it though, bought to furnish the (much extended) previous modern living house, which we used as Bossy Ross's lifeboat station with holiday accommodation.

It has now been reintroduced in the accessories (i.e. only available online not in shops) catalogue, but unlike several reissued sets, still contains the original figures for the set. I've also ordered some extension packs (also reduced), as these would be very difficult to obtain later second hand. I'm quite excited about buying these sets for a reasonable price!

Ah yes, we have three girls with that hat (but different coloured ribbons). Lucy from airport, Marie from leisure and Lowri from modern living.

Oops sorry I mistakenly called the bus driver Carlos in one post, when he is Fulton! I also seem to have lost a post with Fulton arriving at the hotel, so hopefully here it is!

Louis, Lisa and Lucy are being dropped off at a bus stop close to their home. Fulton unloads the luggage.
