There isn’t really an update as such I should hear today or tomorrow regarding a scan. I’ve got the MW again on Thursday and I suppose this week will be the week of grand reveals.

I’m sorry if I disappear for a day at a time I’m still trying to wrap my own head around this.

It is definitely meant to be. How is the dad? Is he a good man? How do you think he will react? X

Any hint of excitement OP or are you still in WTF mode ? I guess you want to frame it right for your family so they take your lead on how to feel but that’s harder if you are not yet sure how you feel.

My colleague didn’t realise she was pregnant until 26 weeks. She was still breastfeeding her first child and assumed that she was slow to lose her baby weight. There’s 11 months between her children.
Not the same as you of course but goes to show it is possible that it can easily happen.

Ah I was on your first thread. Sounds good to tell your mum, I hope she’s a positive influence. I can imagine FWB might find it hard to believe you haven’t known all this time so really hope he’s a reasonable guy and that all goes well.

Just wanted to say, please don't feel that you can't be confused/scared/worried/sad. That doesn't mean this new wee one will be a bad thing but it's a massive onslaught of emotions. I'm sure when they are hear you'll be overjoyed but right now take time to process for you. It's okay to be excited but you don't have to be right away.
