@Lalala205 Yes it was very popular! The funny thing is, my best customers were English and Scandinavians. It's one of those items you buy on holiday, wear constantly, then fling into a draw once you get home, never to be seen again! It didn't sell here at all, everyone wants those disco beads or mala bracelets. It is also shockingly expensive for jewelry made out of string because of the work that goes into it.

I wouldn't buy macrame, I didn't like it in the 70's, or crochet stuff, still don't like it now. Wooden things are another matter.
