Tired tonight after a long shift, another one tomorrow then days off. Will probably need to clean the house on Monday, then investigate my latest purchases properly, so will maybe set up some scenes on Tuesday. Smile

Bless you and all your hard work Bits

SoMuchToBits · 27/06/2020 23:05

Thank you elephant, going to bed soon. Smile

Another day at work. But I don't think we need a Playmo story involving a man bitten by an alpaca...

elephantoverthehill · 28/06/2020 20:52

You're kidding Grin

CatkinToadflax · 28/06/2020 21:03

Grin I was bitten by a seagull yesterday but that suddenly sounds less interesting when compared with an alpaca!

petalpower · 28/06/2020 21:08

You couldn’t make it up! Thee are some great people in East Anglia!! (I think it would make great Playmo story though....)

SoMuchToBits · 28/06/2020 21:45

I don't have a Playmo alpaca!

Actually the alpaca man was very lovely, and was bitten by one of his own alpacas (trying to separate a couple who were fighting). But yes, Suffolk is a more exciting place to live than you might think! Grin

SoMuchToBits · 28/06/2020 21:46

And how did you get bitten by a seagull, Catkin?

OP posts:
AvengingGerbil · 28/06/2020 22:10

Is it even possible to get a Playmo alpaca? Or a llama? I’d buy those sets!

SoMuchToBits · 28/06/2020 22:14

Well apparently there was this set playmodb.orgbacks/6/6647_box.jpg not currently available, but you never know if you could get one from eBay etc...

OP posts:
AvengingGerbil · 28/06/2020 23:08

There is truly Playmo everything!

SoMuchToBits · 28/06/2020 23:13

Not quite everything! But you can get a lot of real life on Playmobil.

I'm now off to bed, as despite a great day at work, I'm flagging a bit and need sleep! See you tomorrow everyone! x

@SoMuchToBits

And how did you get bitten by a seagull, Catkin?
We’re on the south coast and live 10 mins from the beach. We were down on the beach on Saturday and went to our amazing local ice cream shop - obviously it was takeaway only so we ate them on the beach. The local evil bastard seagulls must have been suffering from not enough scraps in lockdown, as a whole gang of them circled us and dive-bombed for our ice creams. They took mine and DH’s straight off the top of the cones. Then one greedy bugger swooped down again to grab my empty cone as I was taking it to the bin, and bit my finger in the process! Bloody sharp beak it had too! Angry I’ve been dive bombed for fish and chips before now, but never a lemon meringue flavour ice cream! Hmm
SoMuchToBits · 29/06/2020 11:01

Oh dear! My ds once had his chocolate croissant snatched by a seagull in Cornwall, but at least he didn't get bitten.

Good news, my out of stock item has arrived! I'm hoping to put together my new sets this afternoon and maybe set up some scenes tomorrow. Smile

Hope you are feeling rested and enjoy your days off, SoMuch. even if you do have to spend time cleaning!

SoMuchToBits · 29/06/2020 12:04

Thank you bridget, I have 4 days off now (was going to be 3 but a colleague asked me last night to swap a shift) so plenty of time to relax, get the house clean and get out the Playmo!

ChessieFL · 29/06/2020 12:53

Looking forward to some new scenes but hope you’ve enjoyed the break from Playmoland SoMuch!

SoMuchToBits · 29/06/2020 13:20

Thanks Chessie! I was lucky enough to have some days off during the lovely weather, so enjoyed the garden and beach. Smile

I had a great afternoon putting Playmo sets together. Might actually set up some scenes tomorrow.

AvengingGerbil · 29/06/2020 23:00

Hooray! Am looking forward to seeing your new acquisitions and hearing what has been happening in Playmoland - I hope those Jellyheads have not been causing too much trouble!

SoMuchToBits · 30/06/2020 00:52

Haha, we will have to wait and see about Jellyhead activities. But there will be other scenes to see.

Pippa is pregnant with her first baby. Now that the shops are open, she has gone to the baby goods store to choose some equipment for her baby.
