What band/musician do you wish you'd seen live?

My choices are the Talking Heads doing Stop Making Sense, Elvis in his Vegas days, Michael Jackson (obviously before we knew he was a wrong' un so maybe the Thriller days), Johnny Cash in San Quentin, Beyonce doing Glastonbury. Possibly also the Rolling Stones in say 1972?

I saw Nirvana a couple of times in 1991 and was not disappointed
In fact I shouldn't complain as I did go to a ton of gigs.

Actually having given it some thought I never saw The Eagles with the main line up so that would have been nice but no longer possible . We did go to Live Aid , and 1985/6 Queen tour , the main issue then was not the price of tickets but having to go up to the venue to queue for them as it was the best way to guarantee a ticket . Fine if you live round the corner , a pain if you don’t .

Yes, OutOnTheTilez when the Ahmet concert was announced I said I would be in the room by hook or by crook. I entered the ballot, along with twenty million others but was not successful.
So, I paid an obscene amount of money to a ‘private ticket seller’ and spent the day at the O2 meeting other fans, it was wonderful. I swear my soul left my body during ‘Kashmir’.

Also, HotMess21 I love Bobby Womack and saw him five or six times. His voice was fucking phenomenal and he sang duets with Altrinna Grayson whose voice made every hair on my body stand on end. The day he died was a very sad day for music. The Last Soul Man.

I’ve love Greenday since I was 14 in 1994 and I’ve never seen them live. I’d love to.

Queen with Freddie here too. And My Chemical Romance. What makes it worse is I had tickets for Queen (with Adam Lambert) and MCR for June this year. I was so excited but lockdown.
