Anyone actually had their Homebase delivery?

Ordered 19 days ago, saying 5 days. Understand it’s going to take a long time so only just started to look to chase it. The email address on the website bounces back as undeliverable. Anyone else know what their lead time is/did you get your order?

We still haven't got all of our delivery despite them insisting they've delivered.

To add insult to injury DH tried using their own brand paint that did arrive (delivered directly from Crown) and it's crap. It has the consistency of coloured water and is a totally different colour to what we were expecting. We ordered duck egg as thats what we used last time but this is more mint green so we're back to square one!

We got been our refund.

I had ordered the own brand paint too so it seems as though I had a lucky escape!

My paint finally arrived yesterday!

Ordered end of March for rattan furniture. Came last week and love it! I emailed the ceo and had my delivery charge refunded for the long wait. I also ordered paint middle of March and it came last week, even though they had already refunded it! Going to donate it to someone who needs it.

Ordered post spikes for fence 20/4/2020 arrived today after I sent an email yesterday enquiring where they were. Amazing coincidence!
