...because I didn't close it over the weekend.

Today's special is eggs.

Boiled, fried, poached, coddled, convent, I might even do scotch eggs.

Tea and coffee as always and toast of course.

Here you go bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, hash browns, fried eggs. I'll get some toast in a few mins.

Florance discovered 'English savories' yesterday (I think she went to Greggs) so has created a fine array of quiche, sausage rolls and pies.

Slightly unusual for breakfast, but still rasty.

Tasty, I have no idea what rasty is.

Oh I'm late but yay for her discovering English pastries, I'll take several sausage rolls 😋😋

Morning all, I've put the extra pastries in the freezer so if anyone ones to take some home help yourselves.

Ooh a continental breakfast! That would be lovely! Hotel breakfasts are one of my favourite things in the world.

So true- Hotel breakfasts are the best.

I always eat French toast with plenty of syrup and strawberries when I’m on holiday washed down with a mimosa or Bloody Mary. We were meant to be going abroad tomorrow for a week so I’m feeling a little sad but I know there’s far worse things going on at the minute so I’m grateful that we as a family are healthy and have each other. This thread will be my holiday!

As you can seee there is a hotel style breakfast buffet, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juice, cooked items, toast, hot drinks and this morning's papers.
