I treated myself to a new brooch last weekend. How quickly things change.

My stunning new silver brooch - magnetic so it doesn’t damage clothes, which is super cool - looks remarkably like the blasted C.word.

Once seen I cannot see anything else!

Oops sorry to say you’ll never get over it. we did similar with a paisley patterned blind DS pointed out it looks like the Trolls hair from the movie, now that’s all I see when I look at it.

It’s a delightful brooch. Most definitely a starburst or a firework. Not a corona, it’d need a flat bottom and the protrusions with little knobby ends.

Wear it with pride...though lord knows where!
