Ok?

Fannia · 03/02/2020 17:42

Good for them.

PristineCondition · 03/02/2020 17:42

Ok?... where are we going with this?

Selfsettling3 · 03/02/2020 17:43

That’s nice.

BentNeckLady · 03/02/2020 17:43

Bet their arteries are slim too.

GooodMythicalMorning · 03/02/2020 17:43

probably has a medical condition where their metabolism is unusually high.

Lardlizard · 03/02/2020 17:43

I guess I just wonder if she will have a hear attack or something
But she has mushrooms tomatoes a spoonful of beans, two skinny sausages one Egg one slice of bacon
And one bite of bread

OP posts:
FriedEggs1 · 03/02/2020 17:44

....and their insides are all wrong

Lardlizard · 03/02/2020 17:44

Oh and only uses spray oil

Fannia · 03/02/2020 17:44

If they start putting it in their mouth rather than their ears they may gain some weight.

Lardlizard · 03/02/2020 17:44

Like paeleo? Bacon medallions (or just bacon) a dry fried eggs, turkey/beef sausage or low fat pork. Toms/mushrooms/spinach. Probably fairly low cal.
My mum used to eat like that when she did Atkins when I was a teen. She was a small eight.

Fluffycloudland77 · 03/02/2020 17:45

I can believe it tbh. Carbs will kill you before fat imho.

I eat as much fat as I want & im a size 8. I don’t each much sugar though 🤷🏻‍♀️

lastqueenofscotland · 03/02/2020 17:46

Calorie wise what you have described isn’t much at all.
I mean a bit naff from a health/variety perspective but...

Sparklfairy · 03/02/2020 17:46

Fry ups are actually good for a keto/low carb diet. It's just you have to leave out the best bits fried bread and hash browns and it sounds like it would get really boring

PickAChew · 03/02/2020 17:46

Sounds tedious, day in, day out.

And lacking in essential fatty acids.

Undies1990 · 03/02/2020 17:46

Fannia your comment made me LOL

slashlover · 03/02/2020 17:46

But she has mushrooms tomatoes a spoonful of beans, two skinny sausages one Egg one slice of bacon
And one bite of bread

So veg, protein and minimum fat (depending on the sausages and cutting the visible fat off of the bacon).

Despolime · 03/02/2020 17:47

Why would she have a heart attack? If she ate a sausage, bacon and tomato sandwich for breakfast, an omelette for lunch, and scrambled eggs on toast for supper would that worry you?

MrsMelanieHamilton · 03/02/2020 17:51

Those 2 fry ups sound fairly low calorie to me, and it’s keto. Is that all she eats all day, just those 2 meals? If so, it’s probably no more than 1500 cals a day.

And it’s been widely disproven by many scientists that fat causes clogged arteries...

Lardlizard · 03/02/2020 17:52

She’s has a large amount of mushrooms and tomatoes and cuts off the fat on the bacon and the sausages thin so about the size of one normal one

OP posts:
Jenda · 03/02/2020 17:54

Reverse?

Lardlizard · 03/02/2020 17:55

Des, yes I would worry, because surely it’s too many eggs

OP posts:
lastqueenofscotland · 03/02/2020 17:57

It sounds very low calorie and hasn’t the egg/cholesterol link been long disproven
