That sounds like she is getting by on under 1000 Cals a day.

MrsMelanieHamilton · 03/02/2020 17:58

2 eggs a day, too many? Many people will eat 2 egg scramble egg, or an omelette, every day.

If this isn’t a reverse, then you seriously need to update your nutrition education OP, it’s stuck in the 70s.

Morgan12 · 03/02/2020 17:59

I don't know what your point is here?

But as previously said it's a low cal diet she is doing basically.

I'd be bored as fuck.

FrogsFrogs · 03/02/2020 17:59

Is it cause it's labelled a fry up
Loads of mushrooms, and tomatoes are veg fibre vitamins etc
One slice bacon and 'skinny' sausages = no big shakes
Eggs are good for you

I mean so what really

Fannia · 03/02/2020 18:00

All those beans will be good for her heart.

ilovesooty · 03/02/2020 18:02

So...

Still don't see where this is going.

IsAnybodyListening · 03/02/2020 18:02

It sounds like the basis of a Keto diet.

forrandomposts · 03/02/2020 18:03

How is two eggs a day too many?

And Cholesterol in egg yolks has nothing to do with heart cholesterol

MimiLaRue · 03/02/2020 18:04

She's probably in ketosis which is why she's slim

Gertrudesgarden · 03/02/2020 18:04

Lucky her!

MiltonRoad · 03/02/2020 18:06

Why is 2 eggs a day too many? Lacking in veg but not horrendous

ruby2020 · 03/02/2020 18:07

My guess is OP is talking about herself.

🤷‍♀️

BentNeckLady · 03/02/2020 18:14

My guess is OP is talking about herself

Of course she is.

Thetellyisjelly · 03/02/2020 18:16

I would be this skinny too on that diet..
I’ve done it, the weight fell off me.

HardAsSnails · 03/02/2020 18:16

This is the most boring dripfeed ever.

I'm sure I'm not alone in reading purely to get to the nonexistent point.

HopeClearwater · 03/02/2020 18:17

Fags help

Hmm
damnthatanxiety · 03/02/2020 18:18

No idea why people are saying she will have clogged arteries. She is eating mushrooms, tomatoes a spoonful of beans...so vegetables and legumes..... with two skinny sausages, one Egg one slice of bacon...low fat protein....and one bite of bread....so a teeny bit of carbs. Spray oil - so f all added fat. Sounds perfectly healthy to me other than that the meat is processed. But hardly a heart attack in the making

JosefKeller · 03/02/2020 18:18

there are so many medical reasons that can force you to have a very strict diet

what a waste to ruin your chance to eat a varied and healthy diet and enjoy food whilst you can. I pity people who don't know how to stay slim and enjoy themselves, most bitterly regret it when it's too late

Iggly · 03/02/2020 18:18

Is she one of those people who claims they eat what they like and remain stick thin.

And define “what they like” as being not very much.

BentNeckLady · 03/02/2020 18:20

The arteries comment was before she divulged that her fry up isn’t really a fry up at all.

JosefKeller · 03/02/2020 18:20

Sounds perfectly healthy to me
if that's their daily diet though, not so healthy at all

TheGirlWithAPrince · 03/02/2020 18:20

A fry up isn't exactly bad for you... Unless you overeat, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and sausage maybe beans or something... None of that has to be bad for you :/

lljkk · 03/02/2020 18:21

Is the lecithin in spray oil hydrogenated?
Me no like.

House must stink

Queenparsnip · 03/02/2020 18:24

Processed meat like bacon and sausage aren't good for you. They are increasing their risk of bowel cancer.
