I bought these cushions with some Xmas money I had but I’m just not sure if it looks OTT? Any opinions welcome ☺️

I like them but would arrange them differently to break up the symmetry- maybe diamond shaped and overlapping in the middle of the bed?

They are gorgeous! As PP says, maybe try them at an angle, funny how something so simple can change a whole look.

Yes, but they would benefit from a third cushion (maybe round, or oblong, or at least a smaller square) in a coordinating colour and a different texture, maybe velvet? -
Your bedding is already a grid with square pattern so you want to break up those lines a bit.

As others suggest, placing them on the diagonal would help.

It looks lovely and luxurious.

I also think a third one would look better and don't like cushions that are angled and sit on a point.

Several would be even better, if you are going to do something, do it really well, odd numbers are always best.

Serious comment. I think you need something. Maybe another small cushion in a different colour to create a bit of contrast.

I don't like fluffy cushions, think they are a bit tacky. Each to their own
