I bought these cushions with some Xmas money I had but I’m just not sure if it looks OTT? Any opinions welcome ☺️

I’d say macrame doesn’t really fit with the style of your bedroom.

But you might be able to make it work I guess.

I don't care for them but it's your bedroom, so why do you care?

How many people do you invite in there?

@gobacktopartycity - your wall colour is amazing! Can I ask what it is please? Decorating our bedroom this year and am in a "dark blue" phase at the moment.

@Ninkanink that was my fear. I had a feeling it wouldn’t match.

Oh and @Coco88 it's amazing the difference that pink cushion has - it looks lovely. The whole room looks so serene.

I'm not keen on the hanging for over the bed personally, but if you like it, go for it.

You could get a big branch and just wind some fairy lights around it. It will add cosiness to your room in the evenings. Just make sure the flex is white or clear, the lights are warm, and the bulbs as small as possible. LED would be safest.

I also love these but they’re just white. Would put them side by side above the bed. They are larger in size than they look. Both tiles are 60cm x 60cm

They’re nice. But I’d actually caution against getting something from next. Only because I personally like getting too many things from once place as it can end up looking very prescriptive (many people don’t mind that, tbf, but it’s one of my pet peeves). Maybe have a look at The White Company? It’s expensive. But they have a sale on atm so you might find something you like that’s in the same price range as next. Or if you can get to a Home Sense they might also have something nice.

Argh *I like getting too many things from one shop...

I’ve just had a look and they do candles and lighting etc but no paintings or things to go on the wall.

If you find something all white at home sense that you love then that would be just fine too as it ties in with the furniture - you don’t to have colours in it.

I’m absolutely hopeless at putting a room together and knew it wasn’t quite right. A few people said I definitely needed another cushion and what a difference that has made. I am so happy with it now so I’m really glad I posted ☺️

Nothing wrong with the cushions per se.....I'd buy them. Did they have in any other colours???? I think an injection of colour is needed to break up the grey.
